House Policies - Please Review Carefully
Our goal is for you to have the best possible time on your vacation. Please let us know within 90 minutes of check-in if anything requires attention, any cleaning concerns, anything broken or damaged upon arrival. If no communications are received we will assume the property is ready for your stay. A violation of the below listed policies may result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund.
-No Smoking or vaping inside the home, if evidence of smoking in the home is found there will be a $250 charge for additional cleaning. Please dispose of any cigarette butts properly in the trash.
-Hot tub rules - maximum 5 occupants in the hot tub at a time. Hot tub is serviced prior to Renter’s arrival and has posted rules, procedures and precautions that must be strictly followed to ensure Renter’s safety as well as useful enjoyment during your stay. The hot tub rules are posted just above the hot tub. Every effort is made to ensure the hot tub is ready to go prior to Renter’s arrival. On occasion the hot tub may not be ready upon Renter’s arrival due to cleaning/regular maintenance which may result in water not being warm enough for use until later in the evening. Hot tubs left dirty or abused will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee. Any damage to the hot tub cover will result in a $500 replacement fee. If the tub requires servicing/cleaning during the stay, including additional water being added, a $75 fee will be assessed.
-Owner is not responsible for mechanical failure of non-essential items, including but not limited to the hot tub, televisions, internet access, dishwashers, washer/dryers, air conditioning or any other mechanical device that fails to operate during your stay. Owner will make every reasonable effort to repair any malfunctioning item during your stay; however no refunds will be provided for any mechanical failure out of Owner’s control.
-No parties are permitted, please be respectful of noise and neighbors
-Maximum 8 guests per night, no additional unauthorized guests
-HVAC: the home has dual zone HVAC which must be used in the same mode for each zone (Cool & Cool OR Heat & Heat) so as to avoid potential system damage. The temperature may be reset remotely if it is found that the systems are operating in different modes for the protection of the HVAC.
-Fire pit must be attended at all times when there is an active fire and must be extinguished prior to leaving the area.
-If used, the grill must be cleaned prior to departure.
- Dogs must be in a crate when left alone in the home. There is a crate available for use in the closet in the first floor bedroom. You must pick up and dispose of any dog waste in the yard.
-Cleanliness: Please take note that an additional cleaning fee may be assessed if upon checkout the cleaners deem that there is excessive cleaning required.
-No alterations to the WiFi or cameras.
